How to revoke permissions and delete your data held by AerixNova Technologies Private Limited
If you have connected your Facebook or WhatsApp Business account to an AerixNova application, this page explains exactly how to revoke that access and request permanent deletion of the data we store about you. No fees, no hoops — just two clear paths below.
1. Revoking Access via Facebook
- You can revoke AerixNova's access to your Facebook data at any time, without contacting us:
- Log in to Facebook and click the menu (your profile picture).
- Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, open Apps and Websites.
- Find AerixNova in the list of apps, select it, and click Remove.
- Confirm the removal. This revokes the app's permissions immediately, and Facebook will notify us of the deauthorization.
2. Requesting Direct Data Deletion
- To have the data AerixNova stores about you permanently deleted, send an email to hello@aerixtech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- In your request, specify the identifier linked to your account: your registered email address, your WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), or your Phone Number ID.
- We will verify the request and confirm receipt, usually within 2 business days.
- You may also request deletion of specific data, or full deletion of everything associated with your identifier.
3. Retention & Deletion SLA
- Upon verification of your request, all stored metadata, access tokens, and webhook payloads associated with your identifier will be permanently deleted from our active systems and from our backups within 30 calendar days.
- Deletion is irreversible. After the 30-day window we retain no recoverable copy of the deleted data.
- Data we are legally required to retain (for example, tax or compliance records) is excluded from deletion until that obligation expires, as described in our Privacy Policy.
